Who the controller is
The controller of personal data is CAPITSA s.r.o., Company ID 10964509, with its registered office at Jaurisova 515/4, Michle, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 351447.
For any matters concerning personal data, you can contact us by e-mail at infocapitsa.com or by letter to our registered office. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so.
What data we process
We only process data that you provide to us yourself through the contact form or by e-mail:
- your full name,
- your e-mail address,
- the name of your company or project,
- a link to your presentation (deck) and the content of your message,
- any other information you share in our communication.
When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address and time of access may be stored for a short period as part of normal server operation. This data is used solely to keep the website secure and running.
When you submit the contact form, your IP address, browser details and browser language settings are sent to us together with your message. We use them only to recognise test and abusive messages and keep them together with your message.
Why we process data
- Handling your message. We process data from the contact form on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Communication and assessing a collaboration. If you e-mail us or we continue discussing a possible collaboration or investment, we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in this communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or for negotiations on entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Website security and operation. We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website securely.
We do not use your data to send marketing messages, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep data
We keep data from the contact form and e-mail communication for as long as necessary to handle your message, but no longer than 12 months after our last communication. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the period required by law.
If you withdraw your consent, we will delete the data processed on its basis without undue delay.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or otherwise share it with third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to our technical service providers, who process the data on our behalf as processors:
- website hosting and e-mail services provider: SecurityNet.cz s.r.o., Company ID 27501418, with its registered office at U Velorexu 1301, 564 01 Žamberk, Czech Republic.
- content delivery and website protection network (CDN) provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. All website traffic, including submitted forms, passes through its network.
The website, the form and e-mails are stored on servers in the Czech Republic. While passing through the Cloudflare network, data may also be processed on its servers outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the transfer is further safeguarded by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right:
- to access your personal data,
- to have inaccurate data corrected,
- to have your data erased,
- to restrict processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw your consent to processing at any time by e-mailing infocapitsa.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
You can exercise your rights by e-mailing infocapitsa.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, uoou.gov.cz.

This website only uses strictly necessary cookies that it needs to work properly: the “lang” cookie remembers your chosen website language for 1 year, and Cloudflare may set security cookies that protect the website against bots and attacks. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
